Oolong Tea

Oolong Tea sits between green and black tea — partially oxidized to bring out a smooth, floral character with a naturally sweet, honey-like finish and the signature Darjeeling muscatel note. This in-between oxidation process is what gives oolong its complex flavor: lighter than black tea, but richer and more aromatic than green tea.

Best brewed at 91°C (just off the boil) for 3 minutes. Re-steepable — the leaves open up further and deepen in flavor on a second infusion.
