Green Tea

Our Darjeeling Green Tea is minimally processed to preserve its natural antioxidants, light color, and delicate grassy-fresh taste. Unlike black or oolong tea, green tea leaves are not oxidized — they’re quickly steamed or pan-fired right after plucking, locking in a subtle sweetness and gentle aroma. It’s naturally lower in caffeine, making it a favorite for an everyday cup that’s both refreshing and light on the stomach.

Best brewed at 80°C for 2-3 minutes — never boiling water, which can turn it bitter.
